Shipping policy

FOR FULL TRANSPERANCY

1. Shipping prices are based on weight,distance, and size of each parcel.

2. All parcels are based on a flat rate I calculated by using provided estimate software from third-party couriers(UPS, Canada Post, Purolator) + the price of packaging materials

3. I will take a loss on any shipping variances that are 10$ above the flat rate, anything over 10$ I may have to reach out to you.

SHIPPING PROCEDURE

1. All animals, plants, and hardgoods will be packed appropriately for the weather in your region.

2. Hot or cold packs will be added based on weather.

3. I will use the fastest service available to me to ship your order.

SHIPPING SCHEDULE

1. Orders from outside of Ontario will be shipped out on either Monday or Tuesday

2. Orders from inside of Ontario will be shipped out Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.

3. The cut-off date for orders is every Sunday at 11:59PM.
